Treatise on International IP Arbitration

A Chartered Arbitrator and Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators, Mr. Halket  has been an arbitrator and mediator for over 25 years, and is a member of panels of the American Arbitration Association, the CPR Institute for Dispute Resolution and the World Intellectual Property Organization, among others. He is Vice Chair of the CIArb’s Board of Management, Chair of its Practice and Standards Committee and Vice Chair of its New York Branch, Chairman of the AAA’s Technology Advisory Committee, Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Arbitrators and a member of the London Court of International Arbitration.   His experience includes acting as neutral or counsel in international and domestic complex commercial arbitrations and mediations involving a wide variety of international and domestic matters including licensing and intellectual property, banking and securities, corporate matters and commercial transactions.
